Empties: 4 essential makeup products for this summer

My birthday is approaching and I can't wait! For me, August means celebrating my birthday, going on vacation, and September coming. Back to Hogwarts, autumn, cooler days. But since the sun is still high in the sky I want to share with you my 4 essential products for a fresh look perfect for summer.

Il mio compleanno si sta avvicinando e non vedo l'ora! Per me agosto vuol dire festeggiare il compleanno, andare in ferie e l'avvicinarsi di settembre. Ritorno ad Hogwarts, l'arrivo dell'autunno, le giornate più fresche. Ma visto che il sole è ancora alto nel cielo voglio condividere con voi i miei 4 prodotti essenziali per un look fresco perfetto per l'estate.

Highlighter - TheBalm Mary Lou Manizer

It's 2016 and the highlighter of the moment is Mary Lou Manizer by TheBalm. Everyone has it and everyone loves it. This for me was the first (of a long series) highlighter purchased. It was love at first sight. It's only been a few years that highlighters have had a boom in the cosmetic industry. Now it's a must-have step in my makeup routine. Super pigmented, non-glittery, and easy to blend. Perfect for adding a touch of light or to shine with your own light. In my opinion, it continues to remain one of the best!

È il 2016 e l'illuminante del momento è il Mary Lou Manizer di TheBalm. Tutti ce l'hanno e tutti lo amano. Questo per me è stato il primo (di una lunga serie) illuminante acquistato. È stato amore a prima vista. È solo qualche anno che gli illuminanti hanno avuto un boom nel mercato cosmetico. Ora è uno step che non può mancare nella mia makeup routine. Iper pigmentato, non glitterato e facile da sfumare. Perfetto per aggiungere un tocco di luce o per brillare di luce propria. Secondo me continua a restare uno dei migliori!

Bareminerals - Blush Gen Nude

Thanks to the BareMinerals advent calendar I had the opportunity to try a lot of blushes but this was definitely my favorite. Perhaps because it's pressed and easier to use or perhaps the nude/peach color. I hope to try new products in the future because I really loved them so much! Natural, not tested on animals, and high-quality.

Grazie al calendario dell'avvento di BareMinerals ho avuto modo di provare molti blush ma questo è stato sicuramente il mio preferito. Forse perché compatto e più semplice da utilizzare o forse la sua colorazione nude/pesca. Spero di provare nuovi prodotti in futuro perché li ho davvero amati tantissimo! Naturali, non testati sugli animali e di alta qualità.

Anastasia Beverly Hills - mascara

On the other hand, I received the Anastasia mascara with the LookFantastic advent calendar. Now every year is a guarantee. For a (almost) small price you can try out a lot of products that we won't normally buy. I must say that among the must-have products for the summer a mascara cannot be missing but this wasn't one of my favorites. The final effect is really beautiful on the lashes, but it's so hard to remove! Essence mascaras are definitely better, especially for the small price.

Il mascara Anastasia, invece, l'ho ricevuto con il calendario dell'avvento LookFantastic. Ormai ogni anno è una garanzia. Per un (quasi) piccolo prezzo si possono provare tantissimi prodotti che normalmente non acquisteremo. Devo dire che tra i prodotti must-have per l'estate un mascara non può mancare ma questo non è stato tra i miei preferiti. L'effetto finale è davvero molto bello sulle ciglia, ma è difficile da rimuovere! I mascara Essence sono decisamente migliori, soprattutto per il piccolo prezzo.

Makeup Revolution - conceal & define concealer

Often in the summer, I like to use just a bit of bb cream or just concealer. If I opt for the last choice I need a high-coverage and long-lasting concealer. I usually use Essence's Camouflage+. This has excellent coverage but the texture is too thick, difficult to blend and, above all, not suitable for the hot weather.

Spesso d'estate mi piace utilizzare solo un filo di crema colorata o semplicemente solo il correttore. Se opto per l'ultima scelta ho bisogno di un correttore coprente e a lunga tenuta. Solitamente utilizzo il Camouflage+ di Essence. Questo ha un'ottima coprenza ma come texture è troppo densa e pastosa, difficile da stendere e soprattutto non adatto al caldo.
