It's been weeks since January is over and as you well know it's the longest month of the year. We are already in February and the days are getting longer. The desire to go for a walk in nature is always greater and I also want to update you on some news and passions of the last period.
Gennaio ormai è passato da qualche settimana e come ben sapete è il mese più lungo dell'anno. Ormai siamo già a febbraio e le giornate si stanno allungando. La voglia di andare a passeggiare in mezzo alla natura è sempre più grande e anche la voglia di aggiornarvi un po' su alcune novità e passioni dell'ultimo periodo.
My new obsession
As you well know, I'm a huge Netflix fan and I haven't watched "normal" television for years now. Between TV series, films and documentaries I'm always watching 200 things at the same time. I also have Amazon Prime but it's done really badly and I don't like it at all. But it was a lifetime that I've always heard of The Office but I've never seen it. Steve Carell is really funny and I finally decided to give him a chance. During the first season, you will ask yourself a thousand questions because it is not funny, it is simply absurd in everything. Then after a while, you start to understand the characters and in my opinion from the third onwards, you have to laugh at every single episode. I like to watch light and funny TV series, especially at lunchtime to get away from the working day.
Come ben sapete sono una grande appassionata di Netflix e ormai sono anni che non guardo più la televisione "normale". Tra serie tv, film e documentari sto sempre guardando 200 cose contemporaneamente. Ho anche Amazon Prime ma è fatto davvero malissimo e non mi ci trovo per nulla bene. Però era una vita che ho sempre sentito parlare di The Office ma non l'ho mai vista. Steve Carell è davvero simpatico e alla fine ho deciso di dargli un'opportunità . Durante la prima stagione vi farete mille domande perché non è minimamente divertente, è semplicemente assurda in ogni cosa. Poi dopo un po' iniziate a capire i personaggi e i loro modi di fare e secondo me dalla terza in poi ti viene da ridere ad ogni singolo episodio. Mi piace guardare serie tv leggere e simpatiche, sopratutto a pausa pranzo per staccare dalla giornata lavorativa.
Spring is coming
Autumn is my favorite season, but the second is definitely spring. I love the winter, the cold and the walks during the markets, the hot chocolate at the bar. But since I've spent most of the winter indoors now I can't wait to be able to take my bike and explore every corner of my city. The days are getting longer and you can see it!. These days the frost has returned here in Italy but despite the temperatures are below zero degrees (Celsius), there is a beautiful sun! I can't wait to fill the house with flowers.
L'autunno è la mia stagione preferita, ma la seconda è sicuramente la primavera. Adoro l'inverno, il freddo e le passeggiate durate i mercatini, la cioccolata calda al bar. Ma dal momento che ho passato gran parte dell'inverno in casa ora non vedo l'ora di poter prendere la mia bicicletta ed esplorare ogni angolo della mia città . Le giornate si stanno allungando e si notano. In questi giorni è tornato il gelo qua in Italia ma nonostante le temperature siano sotto zero c'è un bellissimo sole! Non vedo l'ora di riempire la casa di fiori.

Motivation
I haven't posted any blog posts for the last two weekends. Last week we could finally go out and of course, I didn't stay home blogging, even though I love doing it! But every now and then between the gray days and the laziness that takes over being always at home makes us lose some of the motivation that we have. For example, I train almost every day. And there are times when after work the only thing I want to do is throw myself on the sofa, certainly not my mat, and do cardio and abs. But that little push is enough to be happy and full of energy after training. This is why I wanted to remind you that it is normal from time to time not to feel motivated, it happens very often to me. This is why I always try not to get discouraged, so even on the laziest day I put some makeup on, get dressed, and go for a nice walk, even if behind the house. But sometimes it is also right to indulge in laziness. Let's recharge our batteries, spend the day sleeping and eating. There is nothing right or wrong. We need to take care of ourselves and our mental health and do what makes us feel good.
Gli ultimi due weekend non ho pubblicato nessun post sul blog. La settimana scorsa potevamo finalmente uscire e ovviamente non sono restata a casa a scrivere sul blog, anche se adoro farlo! Ma ogni tanto tra le giornate grigie e la pigrizia che prende il sopravvento stando sempre a casa ci fa perdere un po' la motivazione che abbiamo. Io ad esempio mi alleno quasi tutti i giorni. E ci sono delle volte che dopo il lavoro l'unica cosa che voglio fare è buttarmi sul divano, non di certo il mio tappetino e fare cardio e addominali. Ma basta quella piccola spinta per poi essere contenta e piena di energia dopo essermi allenata. Per questo volevo ricordarvi che è normale ogni tanto non sentirsi motivati ed essere un po' giù di tono, a me capita molto spesso. Per questo cerco sempre di non abbattermi, quindi anche nella giornata più pigra mi trucco, mi vesto e vado a farmi una bella passeggiata, anche se dietro casa. Però ogni tanto è anche giusto abbandonarsi alla pigrizia. Ricarichiamoci le batterie, passiamo la giornata a dormire e mangiare. Non c'è nulla di giusto o sbagliato. Dobbiamo prenderci cura di noi stessi e della nostra salute mentale e fare ciò che ci fa stare bene.
