LookFantastic and Sephora birthday haul
Did I mention that it was my birthday last week? Haha. Get ready for a series of themed posts because I've received so many great gifts. Right now I'm on vacation, in complete relaxation. I'm really happy to be able to switch off my mind, relax, and eat good food. But you have no idea how much I'm looking forward to autumn. In the meantime, I've decided to round up some makeup gifts that I definitely want to tell you about!
Vi ho già detto che la scorsa settimana è stato il mio compleanno? Haha. Preparatevi per una serie di post a tema perché ho ricevuto tantissimi regali fantastici. In questo momento sono in ferie, in completo relax. Sono davvero felice di poter staccare la mente, rilassarmi e mangiare buon cibo. Però non avete idea di quanto stia aspettando l'autunno con ansia. Nel frattempo, ho deciso di raggruppare alcuni regali makeup di cui voglio assolutamente parlarvi!
Cocoa Blend Highlighter palette
I love receiving gifts because people know me so well, especially my best friend! It was a lifetime that I wanted to try Zoeva products. I've always heard great things about their brushes (which sadly I don't have yet) but it seems like the makeup line is great too. Indeed, it is. This is a palette of highlighters: one light and one dark with a pink undertone. Both are highly pigmented and have a buttery texture perfect for blending and applying. Fantastic!
Adoro ricevere regali perché le persone mi conoscono così bene, specialmente la mia migliore amica! Era da una vita che volevo provare i prodotti Zoeva. Ho sempre sentito parlare benissimo dei loro pennelli (che purtroppo ancora non ho) ma sembra che anche la linea makeup sia fantastica. Infatti, lo è. Questa è una palette di illuminanti: uno chiaro e uno scuro con sottotono rosato. Entrambi sono molto pigmentati e hanno una texture burrosa perfetti da sfumare e applicare. Fantastici!
Barry M Sunchaser tan boosting drops
In LookFantastic's advent calendar I received a gradual tanning oil to add to the body cream: Balance Me Gradual Tanning Drops. I immediately fell in love with it because although you had to be very careful in the application (it was easy to get stained) it gave color to my pale skin within one application. So I was very curious to try something similar. These days I have been getting some sun but the effect of this oil is very light. It doesn't stain so in my opinion to see an effect, it certainly takes more applications. Like all Barry M products, it is vegan and I can't wait to use it until finished!
Nel calendario dell'avvento di LookFantastic avevo ricevuto un olio abbronzante graduale da aggiungere alla crema per il corpo: Balance Me Gradual Tanning Drops. Me ne sono innamorata subito perché nonostante bisognasse stare molto attenti nell'applicazione (era facile macchiarsi) dava un colorito alla mia pelle pallida nel giro di una applicazione. Per questo ero molto curiosa di provare qualcosa di simile. In questi giorni ho preso un po' di sole ma l'effetto di questo olio è molto leggero. Non macchia quindi secondo me per vedere un effetto ci vogliono sicuramente più applicazioni. Come tutti i prodotti Barry M è vegano e non vedo l'ora di utilizzarlo fino a terminarlo!
Barry M Tha's How I Roll mascara
My beloved Lashtopia by BareMinerals is finishing and I can't wait to try this new mascara. I have never tried anything by Barry M, although I know the fame of their nail polishes! Surely in the future, I will buy some to be able to try them. I saw this mascara for the first time on the Zoella blog, centuries ago! I've only tried it once, simply because I can't resist trying new things. Obviously, it doesn't have a false lashes effect from the first application. Like all new mascaras, it takes some time, but the silicone brush is perfect for separating the lashes. I can't wait to use it every day.
Il mio amato Lashtopia di BareMinerals sta terminando e non vedo l'ora di provare questo nuovo mascara. Non ho mai provato nulla di Barry M, anche se conosco la fama dei loro smalti! Sicuramente in futuro ne acquisterò alcuni per poterli provare. Questo mascara l'ho visto per la prima volta sul blog di Zoella, ormai secoli fa! L'ho provato una volta sola, semplicemente perché non so resistere alle cose nuove. Ovviamente non ha un effetto ciglia finte dalla prima applicazione. Come tutti i mascara nuovi ci vuole un po' di tempo, però lo scovolino in silicone è perfetto per separare le ciglia e aprire lo sguardo. Non vedo l'ora di utilizzarlo tutti i giorni.
Sleek Matte Me liquid lipstick
As you well know I have a little obsession with liquid lipsticks, I always use only those. They are easy to apply, intense color, matte effect, and long-lasting. Can you possibly ask for more? I've tried so many but I can safely say this is one of the best I've ever tried. Easy to apply and incredibly light on the lips. I also ate and drank and it remained flawless as freshly applied. The "birthday suit" color is one of my favorites that I always use and I love it! I would definitely like to try other colors.
Come ben sapete ho una piccola ossessione per i rossetti liquidi, praticamente uso sempre e solo quelli. Sono facili da applicare, colore intenso, effetto matte e durano a lungo. Si può forse chiedere di meglio? Ne ho provati tanti ma posso tranquillamente dire che questo è uno dei migliori che abbia mai provato. L'applicazione è super semplice, facile da stendere ed incredibilmente leggero sulle labbra. Ho anche fatto mangiato e bevuto ed è rimasto impeccabile come appena applicato. Il colore "birthday suit" è uno dei miei preferiti che uso sempre e lo adoro! Mi piacerebbe sicuramente provare altri colori.
