Last week I wrote to you under a soft blanket, today it seems to be summer again 😕. Recently I showed you my latest LookFantastic order on Instagram and among the products purchased there was something new: hyaluronic acid. After finishing my Caudalie serum I was looking for a product that would give extra hydration to my skin during my routine skincare.

La scorsa settimana vi scrivevo sotto una morbida coperta, oggi sembra essere tornata nuovamente l'estate 😕. Recentemente vi ho mostrato su Instagram il mio ultimo ordine LookFantastic e tra i prodotti acquistati c'era qualcosa di nuovo: l'acido ialuronico. Dopo aver terminato il mio siero Caudalie ero alla ricerca di un prodotto che donasse extra idratazione alla mia pelle durante la mia skincare routine.

So, driven by the desire to test, I purchased Pixi's Glow Tonic. And after finishing it, I fell in love with glycolic acid and bought another one from The Ordinary. But what is it? Devo ammetterlo, alcuni prodotti li ho acquistati semplicemente per pura curiosità. Tra blog, social e video continui a vedere gli stessi prodotti e tutti ne parlano benissimo. Quindi, spinta dalla voglia di testare ho acquistato il Glow Tonic di Pixi. E dopo averlo terminato mi sono innamorata dell'acido glicolico e ho comprato quello di The Ordinary. Ma che cos'è? E quali benefici porta?

Welcome back summer! ☀️ By now you will be tired of hearing me about autumn and how much I love this season. I hate summer, too hot, sultry, mosquitoes. But these first warm days fill me with joy. Barbecues with friends outdoors, walks, ice cream in the evening. I really can't wait to enjoy these days. As you can see from the latest blog posts, I am giving more importance to my skincare and I have not purchased new makeup products. When it comes to taking care of my skin, I want to use quality, natural products without spending too much.

Bentornata, estate! ☀️ Ormai sarete stufi di sentirmi parlare dell'autunno e di quanto ami questa stagione. Odio l'estate, troppo caldo, afa, zanzare. Però questi primi giorni caldi mi riempiono di gioia. Le grigliate con gli amici all'aperto, le passeggiate, i gelati alla sera. Non vedo davvero l'ora di godermi questo periodo. Come potete notare dagli ultimi blog post sto dando sempre più importanza alla mia skincare e non ho acquistato prodotti makeup nuovi. Quando si tratta di prendermi cura della mia pelle voglio utilizzare prodotti di qualità, naturali, senza spendere troppo.

In 2015 I tried the Revlon Colorstay foundation for the first time, and from that day I never stopped using it. For me it was simply the best foundation! I tried others to get an alternative, but none was as perfect as that. Perfect coverage, not heavy on the skin and (above all!!) the perfect color for me. Unfortunately, Revlon tests on animals and my goal was to find an alternative and stop using that foundation. I finally did it! And today I talk about the coverage foundation of The Ordinary.

Nel 2015 ho provato per la prima volta il fondotinta Colorstay di Revlon, da quel giorno non ho mai smesso di utilizzarlo. Per me era semplicemente il miglior fondotinta! Ne ho provati altri per avere un'alternativa, ma nessuno era perfetto come quello. Giusta coprenza, non pesante sulla pelle e (soprattutto!!) del colore perfetto. Purtroppo, Revlon testa sugli animali e il mio obiettivo era quello di trovare un'alternativa e smettere di usare quel fondotinta. Finalmente ce l'ho fatta! E oggi vi parlo del fondotinta coprente di The Ordinary.

Over the years I have noticed a great improvement in my skin since I use natural products: less imperfections, less redness and less dilated pores.

La skincare è una parte importantissima della mia beauty routine. Ovviamente non seguo sempre tutti gli step, ma ogni giorno la sera passo del tempo a struccarmi con attenzione, detergere la pelle e idratarla a fondo. In questo post voglio mostrarvi gli step per avere una pelle sana e luminosa. Negli anni ho notato un grande miglioramento nella mia pelle da quando utilizzo prodotti naturali: meno imperfezioni, meno arrossamenti e pori meno dilatati.

Today is a classic foggy February morning. Time passes slowly, this morning I woke up early to work on a project that I'm carrying out so I decided to dedicate some time to the blog. Lately, the time to write on the blog is getting less and less. Between work and other activities, I'm always busy. Who knows if one day I will ever put the word "end" to this blog. For now, even if I start posting less regularly, I will continue to write because for me it remains a great passion. I would also like to hear what you think. Oggi è una classica mattina nebbiosa di febbraio. Il tempo scorre lentamente, questa mattina mi sono svegliata presto per lavorare ad un progetto che sto portando avanti così ho deciso di dedicare un po' di tempo al blog. Ultimamente il tempo per scrivere sul blog sta diventando sempre meno. Tra il lavoro e altre attività sono sempre impegnata. Chissà se un giorno porrò mai la parola "fine" a questo blog. Per ora anche se inizio a postare con una cadenza meno regolare continuerò a scriverci perché per me rimane una grande passione. Mi piacerebbe poi sentire anche voi cosa ne pensate. Ma non vi preoccupate, non me ne andrò così facilmente! Direi che per continuare la giornata ci vuole una bella maschera.

Even June is now almost over. Time has been going so fast lately. Summer is here and with it a new LookFantastic haul. Although I'm a great lover of makeup and beauty products, I make very few orders and buy only essential products. It makes no sense to buy lots of products that you will never use. I prefer to finish one and buy a different one in order to always try new products! But let's see what I bought.

Anche giugno ormai è quasi finito. Ultimamente il tempo corre davvero velocissimo. L'estate è arrivata e con essa un nuovo haul LookFantastic. Nonostante sia una grande amante di makeup e prodotti beauty faccio pochissimi ordini e acquisto solo prodotti essenziali. Non ha senso acquistare tantissimi prodotti che non si utilizzeranno mai. Preferisco terminarne uno e comprarne uno diverso per poter provare sempre nuovi prodotti! Ma vediamo cosa ho acquistato.

Hi everyone! Lately, I write less frequently on the blog but today I wanted to share with you a super interesting post. Autumn is in the air, I can feel it! Con l'estate tendo ad avere la pelle più grassa e non mi piace applicare troppi prodotti o maschere. Invece, con l'inverno preferisco prendermene più cura. As you know, 3 weeks ago I moved into my new home and I'm really happy! This place really puts me in a good mood and makes me happy. Here everything is quiet, I sit on the sofa or in my study to write with the chirping of birds. I love living here because I returned after many years to the city where I grew up as a child. Despite the happiness of living here, there are still many things to do and time to write on the blog is often lacking. But as soon as I have a free minute I run to get the pc to update you. Today I want to talk to you about a fantastic collaboration with Labo Suisse and their new X-Ingredients products.

Come ben sapete, 3 settimane fa ho traslocato nella mia nuova casa e sono davvero felicissima! Questo posto mi mette davvero di buon umore e mi rende serena. Qui tutto è tranquillo, mi siedo sul divano o nel mio studio per scrivere con il cinguettio degli uccellini. Adoro vivere qui perché sono tornata dopo tanti anni nel paese in cui sono cresciuta da piccola. Nonostante la felicità di vivere qua ci sono ancora tantissime cose da fare e il tempo per scrivere sul blog spesso manca. Ma appena ho un minuto libero corro a prendere il pc per aggiornarvi. There are so many choices on the market. Why not try something different every time? I have noticed that over the years as my habits and products have changed, my skin has improved significantly. So I wanted to share with you what I have learned over the years and give you some advice to have glowy and healthy skin.

Ormai sono passati ben 7 anni da quando ho aperto questo blog e di prodotti per la skincare ne ho provati davvero tantissimi. Probabilmente anche se non avessi il blog continuerei a provare nuovi prodotti. In commercio ci sono così tante scelte. Perché non provare ogni volta qualcosa di diverso? Ho notato che con il passare degli anni cambiando le mie abitudini e i prodotti la mia pelle è notevolmente migliorata. Quindi volevo condividere con voi cosa ho imparato in questi anni e darvi qualche consiglio per avere una pelle luminosa ed elastica.

Wow, after almost a month I'm back to blogging. It has never happened that I have taken such a long break from blogging since I started it in 2014. In reality, it was not a deliberate break, but simply a lack of time. Now I'm finally on vacation and I can dedicate myself more calmly to the blog. These past few weeks have been very intense and the heat is leaving me without energy. I'm very happy because I didn't feel guilty. I often feel blogging is a duty and I had to do everything to write every week. Then I finally realized it's okay not to be perfect and reviewed my priorities. So here I'm again, happy to tell you about a new brand.

Wow, dopo quasi un mese torno a scrivere sul blog. Non era mai successo che prendessi una pausa così lunga dal blog da quando l'ho iniziato nel 2014. In realtà poi non è stata una pausa voluta, ma semplicemente una mancanza di tempo. Ora sono finalmente in ferie e posso dedicarmi con più calma al blog. Queste ultime settimane sono state molto intense e il caldo mi sta lasciando senza energie. Sono molto contenta perché non mi sono sentita in colpa. Spesso sento lo scrivere sul blog come un dovere e dovevo fare il possibile per scrivere ogni settimana. Poi ho finalmente capito che va bene non essere perfetti e ho rivisto le mie priorità. Quindi eccomi di nuovo qua, serena a parlarvi di un nuovo brand.

Ci sono molte persone che pensano di non poter fare la differenza, ma io penso che se ognuno di noi inizia a mettere in atto piccoli cambiamenti nella quotidianità, possiamo fare la differenza. Eccomi di nuovo qua, dopo 3 mesi di pausa dal blog. In realtà anche la volta scorsa sono passati tre mesi tra un blog post e l'altro! Questa volta però mi sembra essere passata una eternità.
